I am a fully licenced, qualified and accredited Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor.  I hold an Masters Degree in Integrative Psychotherapy from the Munster Technological University and a Bachelors of Arts (HONS) in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the Cork Institute of Technology. I also hold qualifications in Psychology and Mental Health from University College Cork. 

My training includes Social Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Biological Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, theoretical perspectives from Gestalt Therapy, Person Centred Therapy, Attachment, Trauma Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Polyvagal, Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), The Neuro Affective Relational Model for Healing Attachment, and Understanding & Working with Complex Developmental Trauma & Dissociation in addition to Internal Family Systems.
